The General Terms and Conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen - AGB) of IPH Institut "Prüffeld für elektrische Hochleistungstechnik" GmbH (IPH) form the basis of all Contracts for Services between IPH and its Clients.
Please note that exclusively the German version of these General Terms and Conditions is binding upon the contractual relationship between the parties.
